It was lovely to be able to gather our departing Year 13 students together on 25 May to say goodbye to them in person as they came to the end of several weeks of assessments and begin to prepare for life after sixth form.
After more than a year of Teams Assemblies and presentations (which were not without a few hitches) it was very good to be able to gather together, celebrate successes and also look back on some memories of what has been a most unusual time to be a sixth form student.
We were also able to say a fond goodbye from Year 13 to Mrs Usher-Letch as she prepares for what we hope will be a very happy retirement after many years as a sixth form teacher and tutor.
Thank you to Noah, Emily and Kieran who spoke on behalf of students, offering a range of memories and perspectives on experiences throughout the past twenty months. We will very much miss the company of this year's Year 13 and wish you all the very best for the future.
