Year Law 12 students from BSF became trainee barristers today as each presented their findings on a well known murder case to the court. 

The students were tasked at proving why their defendant was liable for the murder offence that they researched.  As part of this, the students had to prove that the defendant had undertaken all of the points of law indicated on the board as shown.

Some very interesting cases were presented by Amiee, Shaeleigh, Louise, Edward, Jake and Taylor which triggered a great deal of classroom discussion. All of the cases were well researched and presented in a professional manner.

As they say in legal circles, the court will resume its deliberations in the forthcoming A level law lessons.
