On 22 and 23 June 2021, our Year 12 students took part in a series of workshops and presentations to support them to decide on their next steps and to give advice on planning and preparing for applications next year

As well as teacher-led sessions, we were very pleased to welcome staff from the University of Suffolk and ARU who spoke to students about finance, choosing a university and personal statement writing. Current students from ARU also joined us and presented the student perspective on their applications and experiences. A parent/carer briefing was also held and the materials for these have been emailed to all Year 12 parents and carers. Staff were delighted at the positive feedback from students about the days and we look forward to working with students as they begin to work on their applications.
