We would like to congratulate Sam Platt, a Year 12 student, on his fantastic success this weekend in running the London marathon.

Sam only turned 18 in February and this was his first marathon which he completed in four hours and 48 minutes, alongside his dad. Sam was raising money for Muscular Dystrophy UK, a cause close to Sam and his family. He has described the experience as ‘the best thing you could ever do’.
