This morning saw our annual Enterprise Fair being held in Braintree Sixth Form. The Year 12 students have been working on an Enterprise Project this half term; this involved them setting up a small business and selling a product or experience to Year 7 at today’s event.

We had over 30 businesses, selling a range of things including cakes, sweets, biscuits, candy floss, drinks, jewellery, homemade playdoh and slime. Year 7 students could also enter raffles, throw cream pies at the older students, enter a darts contest and take part in fairground games.

It was lovely to be able to welcome the Year 7s over to the sixth form and we are grateful to their parents for giving them money to support the event. The Year 12s should be justly proud of themselves for taking part so enthusiastically and displaying what an enterprising group they are!
